WHEN MY ORDER CAN BE DELIVERED?
Most of the orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days from China by DHL. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
All orders shipping to the UK for FREE Standard delivery over £49.00. Price including VAT.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All the courier and tracked services will have tracking numbers which will be informed to you immediately via email and will also be updated on your account.

Exceptions: - If you place an order for smaller items like tips, chalk holders and soft case which are shipped on their own, they will most likely be despatched through other non-trackable service.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Currently, we ship our products to more than 30 countries. We are continuously increasing our reach to other countries too. Even if you do not find your country listed on our website, feel free to reach us using our Contact Us page and we will be pleased to offer you a quotation.

Almost all our international shipments are sent through trackable services. You can access the tracking number from within your account page.
