Small cue accessories (including cue chalks, cue tips, cue gloves, cue tip repair tools, etc.) are not sold separately and must be purchased with the cue for shipping.

WHEN CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Most of the orders will be delivered in 5-9 business days from China by Express. Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.

All orders shipping to the UK for FREE Standard delivery over £49.00. Price including VAT.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All the courier and tracked services will have tracking numbers, which will be provided to you immediately via email and will also be updated on your account.

Exceptions: If you place an order for smaller items like tips, chalk holders, and soft cases that are shipped on their own, they will most likely be dispatched through another non-trackable service.
