30-DAY GUARANTEE FOR THE UK BUYERS
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from Mark Richard（MR）, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund or exchange it for the same item. MR will refund the purchase price to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Original shipping costs (if applicable) and return shipping costs will be at the purchaser’s expense. Items may not be exchanged or returned after the 30 day post purchase period has expired. Please ensure that any product you wish to return is unused, in its original packaging and has all tags still attached. It is at the discretion of MR to determine if the product has been used.

• Cues and shafts must show no signs of use, tip haven't been chalked, and must be returned in the original poly bag (e.g. plastic on the cue, all tags still attached, no scrapes, scuffs, chalk, etc.)
• Cases must be returned in the original polybag and package, all tags still attached, and show no signs of use
• Other accessories must arrive back in the original packaging

This policy applies to items purchased from www.markrichard.com only and does not apply to MR products purchased through other authorized retailers.

Other countries excluding the UK do not accept returns.

PROCESS FOR STANDARD AND FREIGHT RETURNS
Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number by filling out the form on our Contact Us page. We will send a UK return address to you.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please keep the tracking information of your return to monitor delivery status.

Typical return processing takes 15 days. Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will issue the credit to the original payment method.

RESEND ITEM
We could resend a new item to you if your item is damaged by the logistics.

ISSUE REFUND
we will arrange for a partial refund If your goods sustain minor damages during transit.
